Welcome to Can I Eat This?, operated by TMM Capital ("we," "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the App. By accessing the App, you agree to these terms. 

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use the App. 

2. Subscriptions 

• Pricing: $2.99/week or $34.99/year, billed via RevenueCat. 
• Trial: 7-day free trial for annual plans (cancel before billing). 
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your App Store/Google Play account. No refunds for partial periods. 

3. User Content 

• You grant us a license to use your photos, comments, and other user generated content to operate the App. 
• Don’t upload illegal or harmful content. We may remove violating content without notice. 

4. AI Food Analysis

The AI feature is designed to identify food items and compare them to your specified dietary preferences. However, the accuracy of the results is not guaranteed and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This feature is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. Reliance on the information provided is at your sole discretion and risk. We disclaim any liability for inaccuracies, errors, or any consequences arising from your use of this feature. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalized medical guidance before making decisions related to your health or diet.

5. Acceptable Use 

• Don’t misuse the App (e.g., hacking, spamming). 
• Social login (Apple, Google) is required beyond onboarding. 

6. Liability

We provide the App "as is." We’re not responsible for: 

• Losses from AI errors. 
• Data loss or service interruptions. 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms. 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.
